Criminal law specialist and founding partner of Streeton Lawyers, Justin Wong has acted in some of the most serious and high profile matters before the courts in recent years. Nominated by his professional peers and recognised by Doyle’s Guide as one of only five preeminent criminal lawyers in Australia for the last eight years (2017-2024), Justin is also consistently ranked as one of NSW’s leading white collar crime and Traffic / DUI lawyers.
Justin represents a diverse range of clients, including high net worth individuals, and professionals who wish to maintain their privacy. He has extensive experience in court suppression and non-publication applications.
Justin commenced his career at one of Sydney’s largest commercial firms and previously worked with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, prosecuting large drug importation and supply syndicates as well as white collar fraud offences. Justin brings unrivalled experience, insight and professionalism to every matter.
Justin is accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a Specialist in Criminal Law and was named Criminal Law Partner of the year in the 2019 Lawyers Weekly Awards, and Partner of the Year in the 2020 Australian Law Awards. He is a current member of the NSW Law Society Criminal Law Committee.

Rachel is an accomplished criminal lawyer with extensive experience across jurisdictions and in complex and high-profile matters.
A tenacious advocate for her clients, Rachel has more than five years’ experience in private criminal defence. Prior to entering private practice, Rachel worked with the Attorney-General’s Department in Canberra, the Aboriginal Legal Service and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Criminal Law Rising Star (ACT-NSW) in 2024, Rachel is highly regarded by both by her clients and peers alike.

Prudence is a dedicated professional who assists her clients to navigate the criminal justice system with genuine compassion and care. In 2024, Prudence was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Criminal Law Rising Star.
Prior to starting at Streeton Lawyers in 2021, Prudence worked in medical negligence law, where she developed her passion for helping people in vulnerable situations. She has a particular interest in acting for allied health professionals and doctors, having experience acting in AHPRA and HCCC investigations, which often run alongside present or future criminal proceedings.
Prudence appears in the NSW Local, District and Supreme Courts in various criminal matters, including serious assaults, drug related offences ranging from possession to large-scale import, complex white collar crime matters and driving offences.
Prudence graduated her law degree with first class Honours and also has a degree in commerce.

Ruby is a talented and results-driven lawyer with a passion for criminal law derived from her experience working in various courts in both New South Wales and Western Australia. A strategic and compassionate advocate, Ruby is genuinely committed to helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Before starting with Streeton Lawyers, Ruby was an associate to his Honour Judge Brady SC of the NSW District Court. Before that, she was research associate to the Honourable Justice Lemonis of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
With a deep understanding of criminal law and procedure, Ruby regularly appears in the Local and District Court, the Children’s Court and the Supreme Court.
Ruby graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia, and also has a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in political science, international relations and business law.

Madison is a diligent and resourceful paralegal, in her final year of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor Security Studies.
Having been at Streeton Lawyers since 2023, Madison plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s legal team across a range of complex matters.
Madison often assists our solicitors with legal research and reviewing voluminous briefs of evidence. She is one of the first points of contact for clients at the firm, and takes the time to ensure all our clients are well looked after. She is an integral part of the Streeton Lawyers team.
Legal Administrator
Anna brings empathy and compassion to her role, and understands the stress clients can experience as they navigate the legal system. She is often the first point of contact for clients, assisting them to get the right help they need from our lawyers.

Jaclyn is an experienced legal administrator and client relationships manager.
Currently completing a Bachelor of Business, Jaclyn has been a highly valued member of the team at Streeton Lawyers since 2023.
