Justin Wong

Criminal law specialist and founding partner of Streeton Lawyers, Justin Wong, has acted in some of the most serious and high profile matters before the courts in recent years. Nominated by his professional peers as one of only six preeminent criminal lawyers in Australia in the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Doyles Legal Guide, Justin is also consistently ranked as one of NSW’s leading white collar crime lawyers.

Justin commenced his career at one of Sydney’s largest commercial firms and previously worked with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, prosecuting large drug importation and supply syndicates as well as white collar fraud offences. Justin brings unrivalled experience, insight and professionalism to every matter.

Justin is accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a Specialist in Criminal Law and was named Criminal Law Partner of the year in the 2019 Lawyers Weekly Awards, and Partner of the Year in the 2020 Australian Law Awards. He is a current member of the NSW Law Society Criminal Law Committee.

Amanda Pappas

Amanda is an experienced and dedicated senior lawyer, with years of experience appearing and advising in complex criminal law matters Australia wide. Amanda is accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a Specialist in Criminal Law. She represents clients in all jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court, and the District and Local Courts. She acts in summary and serious indictable matters ranging from murder, sexual assault, and white collar crime to drug, serious assault and traffic offences.

A passion for justice and a genuine desire to assist people improve their lives led Amanda to practice in criminal law. A creative advocate, Amanda also has a degree in journalism.

Results orientated, Amanda is dedicated to her clients, providing tailored legal advice aimed at ensuring their rights and interests are protected. Amanda understands that the criminal process can be overwhelming, and does all she can to help clients understand and navigate the process throughout.

Aaron Roberts

Aaron has practised exclusively in criminal and traffic law throughout his career. He has experience in both serious criminal matters, ranging from large-scale drug importation and supply matters to sexual assault and white-collar crime offences, as well as Local Court and summary matters. Aaron has also worked with some of NSW’s most experienced barristers in a number of trials, sentences and Court of Criminal Appeal matters.

Aaron is a passionate advocate and committed to obtaining the best possible results for his clients. He understands the importance of providing clients with honest and frank advice, and will go above and beyond to ensure that his clients’ interests are protected and vigorously defended in Court.

Aaron was recognised as a NSW Rising Star by Doyle’s Legal Guide in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Prudence Watts

Prudence is a dedicated professional who assists her clients navigate the criminal justice system with genuine compassion and care.

Prior to starting at Streeton Lawyers in 2021, Prudence worked in medical negligence law where she developed her passion for helping people in vulnerable situations.

Prudence appears in the NSW District and Local Courts in various criminal and traffic matters. Prudence has appeared and assisted on an extensive range of matters including assault, drug related offences ranging from possession to large-scale import, complex white collar crime matters and driving offences.

Prudence graduated her law degree with first class Honours and also has a degree in commerce.
